Payment Policies

Purchase of 100,000 SGD (one hundred thousand Singapore Dollars) or more; A deposit of at least 50% must be paid on the purchase date. The remaining must be paid before delivery.

Purchase of less than 100,000 SGD (one hundred thousand Singapore Dollars); full payment is required on the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Leadtime for delivery about 30-45 days after we confirm receipt of order and payment to the customer.

Free shipping to one location within Sinagpore for purchase of more than 10,000 SGD.(Ten thousand Singapore Dollar)

Delivery charge will be applied for:
1. Any purchase amount below 10,000 SGD. (Ten thousand Singapore Dollar
2. Any location outside Singapore. -
Delivery appointment will be confirmed by phone; but if the goods cannot be delivered at the appointed location and the obstacle is not caused by our company; Extra-charges for re-delivery will be applied.

Standard products: 1,500 SGD / delivery. (One thousand five hundred Singapore Dollar)

Made to order products: 4,500 SGD / delivery. (Four thousand five hundred Singapore Dollar)
Return & Exchange Policy

The customer must reject the delivery should the items are incorrect or damaged.

Warranty Policies

The customer must contact our Service Dept. for advice at once when defects of the product are found.

If the product needs to be sent back to us according to our guarantee conditions. The parcel tracking number must be sent to us once the item was sent through any logistic entity. If not, we will not be responsible for the lost or missing item.

Replacement and Repairs

If the product is in the guarantee period, the replacement will be delivered within 7 days.

If the guarantee period is over; repairs will take about 15-30 days and additional charges will be applied.
Note: All returned products must be in original condition. All accessories (if any) must accompany the item in the package. Any alternation or missing parts will result in claims rejection.
